Privacy Policy — Neko Jump

This Privacy Policy explains how Neko Jump ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information. The app is published by Voices of the Troodon (package name com.nekojump.app). Contact: support@voicesofthetroodon.com.

1. Information we collect

You can play Neko Jump as a guest without an account — in that case no personal data is sent to our servers (game progress is stored only on your device). If you create an account or sign in, we process:

• Account data: email address and a securely hashed password, or — if you use Google Sign-In — your Google account email and Google user ID.
• Profile data: a display name you choose (shown publicly on leaderboards) and, optionally, a profile picture / animated avatar you upload.
• Social data: your friend code and friends list.
• Gameplay data: your best height / scores (shown on public leaderboards) and your in-game currency ("Gems").
• Purchase data: records of in-app purchases (purchase tokens and which items you own). Payment itself is processed by Google Play — we never receive your card or payment details.
• Device & technical data: data needed to show ads and run the app (see "Advertising" below), and local settings stored on your device.

2. How we use your information

• To provide accounts, sign-in and cloud sync of your progress.
• To show global and friends leaderboards.
• To process and grant in-app purchases and the "remove ads" option.
• To show rewarded advertising (unless you have purchased the ad remover).
• To keep the game safe (moderation of uploaded images, abuse prevention).

3. Advertising (Start.io)

Neko Jump shows rewarded advertising via Start.io (StartApp). To provide and measure ads, Start.io and its advertising partners may collect and process your device identifiers (including the Advertising ID) and usage data, and may share these with third-party advertising networks. The app currently requests non-personalized ads. For more information see Start.io's privacy policy: start.io/policy/privacy-policy-prod. If you purchase the Ad Remover, ads are disabled.

4. Payments (Google Play Billing)

In-app purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment; we only receive a confirmation token to unlock the purchased item. See Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers that make the app work: Start.io and its advertising partners (advertising / Advertising ID), and Google (Google Play Billing, Google Sign-In). Your display name, public leaderboard score and (if uploaded) your avatar are visible to other players.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep account data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Options → Delete account, which removes your personal data from our servers. You may also request deletion by emailing support@voicesofthetroodon.com.

7. Children

Neko Jump is not directed at children under the age required by your country's law to consent to data processing. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. under the EU GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.

Diese Datenschutzerklärung beschreibt, wie Neko Jump („die App", „wir") mit deinen Daten umgeht. Anbieter der App ist Voices of the Troodon (Paketname com.nekojump.app). Kontakt: support@voicesofthetroodon.com.

1. Welche Daten wir verarbeiten

Du kannst Neko Jump als Gast ohne Konto spielen — dann werden keine personenbezogenen Daten an unsere Server gesendet (der Spielstand bleibt nur auf deinem Gerät). Wenn du ein Konto erstellst oder dich anmeldest, verarbeiten wir:

• Kontodaten: E-Mail-Adresse und ein sicher gehashtes Passwort, oder – bei Google-Anmeldung – deine Google-E-Mail und Google-Nutzer-ID.
• Profildaten: einen selbst gewählten Anzeigenamen (öffentlich in der Rangliste sichtbar) und optional ein hochgeladenes Profilbild / einen animierten Avatar.
• Soziale Daten: deinen Freundescode und deine Freundesliste.
• Spieldaten: deine Besthöhe / Punkte (öffentliche Rangliste) und deine Spielwährung („Gems").
• Kaufdaten: Aufzeichnungen über In-App-Käufe (Kauf-Tokens und welche Artikel du besitzt). Die Zahlung selbst wickelt Google Play ab – Zahlungsdaten erhalten wir nie.
• Geräte- & technische Daten: Daten zur Anzeige von Werbung und zum Betrieb der App (siehe „Werbung"), sowie lokale Einstellungen auf deinem Gerät.

2. Wofür wir die Daten nutzen

• Konten, Anmeldung und Cloud-Synchronisierung des Fortschritts.
• Anzeige globaler und Freundes-Ranglisten.
• Abwicklung von In-App-Käufen und der „Werbung entfernen"-Option.
• Anzeige belohnter Werbung (außer du hast den Ad-Remover gekauft).
• Sicherheit des Spiels (Moderation hochgeladener Bilder, Missbrauchsschutz).

3. Werbung (Start.io)

Neko Jump zeigt belohnte Werbung über Start.io (StartApp). Zum Bereitstellen und Messen der Werbung können Start.io und seine Werbepartner deine Gerätekennungen (einschließlich der Werbe-ID) und Nutzungsdaten verarbeiten und an Dritt-Werbenetzwerke weitergeben. Die App fordert derzeit nicht-personalisierte Werbung an. Mehr dazu in der Start.io-Datenschutzerklärung: start.io/policy/privacy-policy-prod. Mit dem Kauf des Ad Removers wird Werbung deaktiviert.

4. Zahlungen (Google Play Billing)

In-App-Käufe werden über Google Play Billing abgewickelt. Google verarbeitet die Zahlung; wir erhalten nur eine Bestätigung zum Freischalten des gekauften Artikels.

5. Weitergabe von Daten

Wir verkaufen keine personenbezogenen Daten. Eine Weitergabe erfolgt nur an Dienstleister, die den Betrieb ermöglichen: Start.io und seine Werbepartner (Werbung / Werbe-ID) sowie Google (Google Play Billing, Google-Anmeldung). Dein Anzeigename, dein öffentlicher Ranglistenwert und (falls hochgeladen) dein Avatar sind für andere Spieler sichtbar.

6. Speicherung & Löschung

Kontodaten speichern wir, solange dein Konto besteht. Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit löschen, in der App unter Optionen → Account löschen – damit werden deine personenbezogenen Daten von unseren Servern entfernt. Alternativ per E-Mail an support@voicesofthetroodon.com.

7. Kinder

Neko Jump richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter dem in deinem Land geltenden Mindestalter für die Einwilligung in die Datenverarbeitung. Falls ein Kind uns Daten übermittelt hat, kontaktiere uns – wir löschen sie.

8. Deine Rechte

Je nach Wohnort (z. B. nach der EU-DSGVO) hast du das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung oder Löschung deiner Daten sowie auf Widerspruch/Einschränkung der Verarbeitung. Kontaktiere uns zur Ausübung dieser Rechte.

9. Änderungen

Wir können diese Erklärung aktualisieren. Das Datum oben zeigt die jeweils aktuelle Fassung.
